La Tanzania è una terra di meraviglie, un palcoscenico naturale dove la vita selvaggia si manifesta in tutta la sua bellezza.
Questo libro fotografico è il racconto di un viaggio tra paesaggi mozzafiato, animali selvatici e momenti di pura magia.
Dall’alto, il sorvolo sull’Ol Doinyo Lengai, la montagna sacra dei Maasai, svela un paesaggio scolpito dal fuoco e dal tempo, mentre poco piu’ in là, il Lago Natron appare come uno specchio surreale, popolato da milioni di fenicotteri che tingono le sue acqua di rosa. Tra questi scenari, la presenza dei Maasai aggiunge un tocco di umanità e storia. I loro villaggi, le danze rituali e i colori accesi dei loro abiti contrastano con la terra bruciata dal sole.
La grande migrazione degli gnu e delle zebre, con il drammatico river crossing, è il simbolo della lotta per la sopravvivenza, uno spettacolo crudo e affascinante al tempo stesso.
E poi ci sono i tramonti. Ogni sera il cielo si accende di sfumature infuocate, regalando attimi di pura poesia. E’ in quei momenti che la Tanzania rivela tutta la sua anima: selvaggia, eterna, indimenticabile.

From above, the flight over the Ol Doinyo Lengai, the sacred mountain of the Maasai, reveals a landscape sculpted by fire and time, while a little further, Lake Natron appears as a surreal mirror, populated by millions of flamingos that dye its waters pink. Among these scenarios, the presence of the Maasai adds a touch of humanity and history. Their villages, ritual dances and bright colours of their clothes contrast with the sun-burned earth.
The great migration of gnus and zebras, with the dramatic river crossing, is the symbol of the struggle for survival, a raw and fascinating spectacle at the same time.
And then there are the sunsets. Every evening the sky lights up with fiery shades, giving moments of pure poetry. It is in those moments that Tanzania reveals its whole soul: wild, eternal, unforgettable.
