Da Bucarest, capitale dal volto moderno, il cammino si snoda verso nord, fino al Cimitero Allegro di Sapanta, dove la morte si veste di colori e ironia, raccontando le vite semplici con poesia e sorriso. Nel Maramures, le chiese lignee slanciate verso il cielo parlano di un tempo che altrove è già scomparso.
Piu’ a est, i monasteri affrescati della Bucovina si rivelano come scrigni d’arte e spiritualità, immersi nel verde delle colline.
Il cuore della leggenda batte tra le nebbie dei Carpazi, dove sorge il castello di Bran, tra mito e realtà legati alla figura di Dracula. Non lontano, Brasov accoglie con la sua eleganza mitteleuropea, incorniciata da montagne e foreste.
Infine, il viaggio si apre alla vastità del Delta del Danubio, un mondo liquido e silenzioso, dove la natura domina tra canali, villaggi di pescatori e stormi di uccelli che attraversano il cielo.
From Bucharest, a capital with a modern face, the path winds north, to the Allegro Cemetery in Sapanta, where death is dressed in colours and irony, telling simple lives with poetry and a smile. In the Maramures, the wooden churches slender towards the sky speak of a time that has already disappeared elsewhere.
Further east, the frescoed monasteries of Bukovina reveal themselves as treasure chests of art and spirituality, immersed in the green of the hills.
The heart of the legend beats among the mists of the Carpathians, where Bran's castle stands, between myth and reality linked to the figure of Dracula. Not far away, Brasov welcomes with its Middle European elegance, framed by mountains and forests.
Finally, the journey opens up to the vastness of the Danube Delta, a liquid and silent world, where nature dominates between canals, fishing villages and flocks of birds crossing the sky.
