L’ Arabia Saudita è un intreccio di sabbia, pietra e luce dove l’eco delle antiche civiltà convive con il battito moderno delle città.
A Jeddah, nella antica Al-Balad, le rawashin, balconi intagliati con grate finemente lavorate, filtrano la luce come un ricamo e sembrano sospiri di legno affacciati sul Mar Rosso. Esse proteggono, ombreggiano, raccontano, circondate da profumi di spezie e mercanti.
Poi il deserto ci conduce ad Al-Ula, dove le rocce si trasformano in sculture naturali. A Hegra, la città dei Nabatei, le tombe scolpite nella pietra emergono come pagine di un libro lasciato aperto dalla storia.
Riyadh, cuore pulsante del regno, dove il futuro si alza verticale tra vetro e acciaio. Una metropoli che cattura l’energia di un paese in trasformazione, senza dimenticare le sue radici. E poi Diriyah, dove il passato e il presente si uniscono in perfetta armonia.

In Jeddah, in ancient Al-Balad, the rawashin, carved balconies with finely worked grids, filter the light like an embroidery and look like wooden sighs overlooking the Red Sea. They protect, shade, tell, surrounded by scents of spices and merchants.
Then the desert leads us to Al-Ula, where the rocks are transformed into natural sculptures. In Hegra, the city of the Nabataees, the tombs carved in stone emerge like pages of a book left open by history.
