La Puglia è fatta di luce e pietra, di ulivi contorti e silenzi che sanno di vento e di sale.
Ostuni, la città bianca che sembra sospesa fra cielo e ulivi. Lecce, che scolpisce nella pietra barocca la sua eleganza solare. Alberobello, fiabesca e surreale, con i suoi famosi trulli. Polignano a Mare, affacciata sull’orizzonte dove le case sfidano l’abisso e il mare canta tra le scogliere.
E poi, passando in Basilicata, Matera. Città’ scavata nel ventre della terra, memoria viva di un’umanità silenziosa e profonda.
Puglia is made of light and stone, of twined olive trees and silences that taste of wind and salt.
Ostuni, the white city that seems suspended between sky and olive trees. Lecce, which sculpts its sunny elegance in the baroque stone. Alberobello, fairytale and surreal, with its famous trulli. Polignano a Mare, overlooking the horizon where the houses defy the abyss and the sea sings between the cliffs.
And then, passing through Basilicata, Matera. City dug into the belly of the earth, living memory of a silent and deep humanity.
